It’s sad that none of them were even singles. Intuition had about 9 strictly R&B tracks that were FLAWLESS (numbers 7-15 I know because I listened to them for like 2 months straight, LOL) I couldn’t skip ONE and it’s hard to pick a favorite. But he’s best at the HARDCORE R&B tracks. His last album was AMAZING, even the hip-hop section was pretty good. If fans are looking for a classic Foxx R&B album then they may want to look elsewhere, but he may be attracting a new group of listeners with the variety of music styles present on this album. And that’s including ALL of his talents (Comedy, singing, instrumentation, acting, etc). Best Night of My Life is a decent album but Foxx has not reached the bar that he set for himself with Unpredictable. I’m a big fan of Jamie and he’s one of the most talented people, male or female, in the game. I pretty much like all of the R&B oriented songs after “Gorgeous” but I’m disappointed. I love the intro and ‘Best Night of My Life” but then I don’t like anything else until “Gorgeous” which is probably my favorite song. The difference is this album has a couple of electro-crappy songs at the end and Intuition only had FIVE hip-hop oriented songs that were at least good. This album is actually alot like his last album Intuition, in that the first half is strictly hip-hop songs and then the last half is more R&B oriented. The muddled, sloppy “Rejoice” wastes his decent falsetto, while the horribly slow-churning pace of “Sleeping Pill” finds his vocals meandering aimlessly, with no sense of melody or flow.
